3. Orders Already in Transit or Dispatched
Once a parcel has been processed, packed, or shipped out:

No Revisions: We are unable to alter delivery addresses, recipient names, or product attributes (such as sizing, colorways, etc.).

No Voiding: Dispatched orders currently in transit via the courier cannot be halted or rerouted to a different destination.

Subsequent Protocol: Kindly accept the package upon delivery. If you still choose to return the merchandise, please consult our Returns Policy for directions on completing an authorized return for credit.

Peak Volume Notice: During high-demand intervals (specifically November through December), orders frequently advance to production faster than normal to maintain holiday shipping deadlines. Throughout these phases, revisions cannot be completely assured, even when filed within the standard 12-hour window.
